Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to streamline the recruitment process and enhance our ability to attract and select top talent. This role requires a keen interest in human resources, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks. Screening Resumes: Help in screening resumes to identify candidates who meet the minimum criteria. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth communication flow between candidates and interviewers. Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing information and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Recruitment Events: Support the organization in hosting or participating in job fairs, campus drives, and other recruitment events. Data Management: Help maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring all candidate information is up-to-date and accessible. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. Open for a 6 months Internship Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process. Skills: Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
