Job Description
The job involves sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases and various platforms. You will be responsible for screening candidates" resumes and job applications. Conducting interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule is a key aspect of the role. Managing operations and employee engagement activities within the organization will be part of your responsibilities. You will also oversee the overall interview, selection, and closing process. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday. Additional perks include a joining bonus, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
