Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to support our hiring needs across the Oil & Gas, Petroleum, and Logistics domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring for technical, field, and operational roles. This position requires excellent sourcing strategies and a deep understanding of manpower requirements in industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across verticals (technical, operational, field staff, drivers, logistics staff, etc.)
- Collaborate with departmental heads and HR Manager to understand workforce requirements
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, databases, headhunting, LinkedIn, field hiring, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic/video/in-person)
- Coordinate interviews with technical and operations teams
- Handle recruitment for both skilled and semi-skilled positions including drivers, operators, engineers, warehouse staff, etc.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
- Ensure timely onboarding and documentation compliance
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for critical and repetitive roles
- Support in job fairs or local recruitment drives as required
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of hiring practices in Oil & Gas / Logistics industries
- Ability to identify and engage blue-collar and field-level staff efficiently
- Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), LinkedIn, and local channels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic HR software
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1 to 3 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Logistics / Industrial hiring

- Familiarity with labor laws and contract workforce hiring is a plus
