Will be the single point of contact between Line Manager and Client users for all purposes related to product/solution implementation from start-to-finish. Understand the Business Requirement Document(BRD)and Functional Test Cases(FTC) as prepared by the Line Manager Assist the Line Manager in auditing the deliverables prior to implementation. Create and update User Manuals Perform hygiene checks prior to/and post UAT deployments Perform UAT deployments. Conduct user training for pre UAT and Post UAT prior to GoLive of the solution.
