Job Description

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication OR Relevant Certification: CCNA/MCSA/AZURE/AWS. Responsibilities: .Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. .Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services. .Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and network devices. .Manage system security, patch management, and software updates. .Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtualization technologies. .Analyze logs and error messages to diagnose system failures and implement corrective actions. .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions. .Document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference. .Provide technical training to users and ensure compliance with IT policies. Skills: .Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/MacOS environments. .Hands-on experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, etc.). .Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). .Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. .Strong verbal and written communication skills. .Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively. .Experience in IT service management. .Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
