Job description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical System Analyst to evaluate and improve IT systems, identify user requirements, and implement solutions that enhance business efficiency. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze current systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Work with stakeholders to gather and define business and technical requirements. Design and propose system modifications or new solutions. Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement approved changes. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance. Create detailed documentation for system processes and user manuals. Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing support. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Ensure compliance with data protection and security policies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Proficiency in data analysis, modeling tools, and project management software. Familiarity with database systems and programming languages is a plus.
