Job Description
You should possess knowledge of configuring Routers, Switches, IP Phones, and Servers. Your skills should include IP configuration and working with Networks such as LAN and WAN. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of database management systems like MYSQL and SQL Server. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms is essential, including basic knowledge of Linux and Centos. Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring software and hardware, as well as monitoring system and server performance to troubleshoot any arising issues. You will be required to coordinate with the Technical Team to resolve client site issues efficiently. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining email communication.
