JD: Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming debris, vacuuming pool surfaces etc. Test and maintain proper chemical levels in pools, ensuring the balance of chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and other necessary chemicals. Monitor and adjust pool equipment, such as filters, pumps, and heaters, to ensure proper functioning and efficiency. Identify and repair pool equipment malfunctions, leaks, or other issues promptly. Clean and maintain pool filters, backwashing and replacing cartridges as needed. Inspect and maintain the pool area, including pool decks, drains, and fences, to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities, chemical levels, and equipment repairs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and resolving any pool-related issues.
