Pan Asian Chef: We are looking for a Commis1 who has worked previously in a Pan Asian kitchen setup and has comprehensive knowledge of the Pan Asian cuisine, especially in the areas of Chinese work,( Dim-sums & Momos). The candidate shall be experienced in handling and taking responsibility of the kitchen. Job description Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team. Develop and plan menus and daily specials. Create prep lists for kitchen crew. Manage food costing and inventory. Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance.
