Pan Asian Chef: We are looking for a Commis1 who has worked previously in a Pan Asian kitchen setup and has comprehensive knowledge of the Pan Asian cuisine, especially in the areas of Chinese work,( Dim-sums & Momos). The candidate shall be experienced in handling and taking responsibility of the kitchen. Job description Lead, mentor, and manage culinary team. Develop and plan menus and daily specials.
