Job Description
As a Surface Grinder Machine Operator at our Chinchwad Plant in Pune, you will be responsible for operating WEDM, EDM, Lathe, and Grinding machines. We are seeking candidates with an ITI qualification and 0 to 2 years of experience. Your main responsibilities will include having a basic understanding of machine operations for WEDM, EDM, Lathe, and Grinding machines, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. You should possess basic mechanical skills, knowledge of tool usage, attention to detail, and precision in your work. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are essential. Additionally, basic problem-solving skills will be beneficial in this role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
