Job Description

Job Title: Helper / Worker Salary range: 12 k to 14 k Employment Type: Full-time. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain machinery used in the production of ice cream, such as mixing, pasteurizing, and freezing equipment. Assist in the preparation and measuring of ingredients (cream, sugar, flavours, etc.) according to recipes. Monitor the production process to ensure consistency and quality of products. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and tools. Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products. Pack and label ice cream products for shipping, ensuring that packaging standards are met. Perform quality control checks on products and ingredients, identifying any potential defects or issues. Work in a team to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with regulations. Assist in inventory management, including stocking raw materials and tracking supplies. Support supervisors and managers with additional tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed. Basic English read & write. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts. Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (cold storage areas). Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding production environment.
