Roles & Responsibilities:Handle Daily Inbound And Outbound Calls From Merchants.Provide Prompt And Polite Support For Fintech Services.Guide And Assist Merchants During The Onboarding Process.Verify Merchant Documents Thoroughly And Accurately.Resolve Queries Related To Services Such As Payments, Onboarding, And Account Access.
