About Smartnetic Services
Job Description
- Visit customer premises to resolve hardware/software/network issues as per support calls.
- Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Manage operating system support (Windows 7/10/11), software setups (MS Office, Antivirus, etc.), and routine maintenance.
- Address user account issues, internet connectivity, and shared resources troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain service call logs.
- Provide regular updates to the service coordinator on job status and customer feedback.
- Move on to the next customer call location upon issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required.
- Handle outlook issues
