Job Description

  • Visit customer premises to resolve hardware/software/network issues as per support calls.
  • Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
  • Manage operating system support (Windows 7/10/11), software setups (MS Office, Antivirus, etc.), and routine maintenance.
  • Address user account issues, internet connectivity, and shared resources troubleshooting.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain service call logs.
  • Provide regular updates to the service coordinator on job status and customer feedback.
  • Move on to the next customer call location upon issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required.
  • Handle outlook issues
