Job Description
The responsibilities of this role include analyzing and assessing requirements with all business stakeholders, developing an implementation roadmap based on business demands, conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis for strategic investments in Warehouse automation, creating a change management process for smooth digital transformation, and fostering innovative solutions within Warehouse Management and Space Planning Systems in Retail & CPG. The qualifications required for this position are supply chain management experience with strong functional, technical, and customer-facing skills, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (certification in Supply Chain & Logistics preferred), ability to interpret requirements using various methods, experience in warehouse transformation programs, 3PL and 4PL operational activities, knowledge of Supply Chain management solutions like WMS, WCS, TMS, LMS/LMD, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to devise solutions for complex material engineering flow problems, understanding of both business and IT challenges and solutions, experience with Agile implementation methodology preferred, and willingness to travel 100% to customer sites both domestically and internationally. This is a full-time position located in Visakhapatnam, requiring 2-8 years of experience in Business Administration.,
