About Us ScaleSauce operates a fast-growing, chef-crafted, preservative-free sauce brand in India, created in small batches. We are looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to streamline our inventory, packaging, and vendor coordination processes, ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Packaging & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with packaging vendors to ensure timely deliveries, maintain quality standards, and negotiate cost-effective deals. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring optimal availability and preventing shortages or overstocking. Order Placement & Procurement: Place orders for inventory and packaging materials based on demand forecasts and sales trends. Logistics & Warehousing Coordination: Ensure smooth movement of stock between production units, warehouses, and distribution channels. Process Optimization: Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within the supply chain and operations. Data & Reporting: Maintain records of stock levels, procurement schedules, and vendor performance to ensure seamless operations. Requirements 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within FMCG, food & beverage, or D2C brands. Strong understanding of inventory tracking, vendor management, and procurement. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and supplier coordination. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
