Navi Mumbai Candidates preferred Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify improvement opportunities. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms. Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Forecast demand and plan inventory to avoid stockouts or excess. Collaborate with internal departments including production, sales, and finance. Lead and manage a team of supply chain staff and coordinate training. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (2+ years) as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
