As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing Supplier Relationship Management initiatives in alignment with the organization's objectives and priorities. Your responsibilities will include handling procurement commodities such as HR services, IT services, managed services, and more. You will be tasked with stratifying suppliers based on strategic importance and designing customized engagement programs. Additionally, you will draft and negotiate contracts with internal and external stakeholders while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. You will lead and conduct annual supplier events, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to execute supplier engagement plans effectively. Your role will require a good understanding of the supplier landscape, value chain mapping, TCO calculations, and experience in contract drafting and negotiations. Managing the three pillars of program management - time, cost, and quality will be essential, along with working on spend analysis, negotiations, and commercial terms. Collaboration and effective communication skills are key, as you will work closely with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Your ability to thrive under pressure and manage challenging deadlines will be crucial in this role. Strong planning, process management, decision-making skills, and an engineering degree with an MBA would be desired qualifications. With 8-10 years of relevant experience in handling indirect commodities procurement, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in industries such as Automobile, Aerospace, or related manufacturing sectors.,
