Kelysports is on the lookout for a meticulous and experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes. If you're a proactive, results-driven individual keen on making a significant impact in the production of outdoor gym equipment, children's play equipment, and sports poles, we want you!

Mandatory Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of fabrication techniques and machinery.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of fabricators and welders.
• Problem Solving: Must excel in troubleshooting and ensuring efficient production operations.
• Attention to Detail: Precision is critical in ensuring the quality of our products.
• Safety Compliance: Must enforce and adhere to all safety regulations and practices.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with teams and management to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Valuable):

• Previous experience in a similar role in the sports equipment or construction industry.
• Familiarity with quality standards and certification relevant to playground and sports equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software and reading technical drawings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Oversee the daily workflow and schedules of the fabrication team.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet our stringent quality criteria.
• Training: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Maintenance: Manage the upkeep of all manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and order materials as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and engineering teams to refine product specifications and resolve manufacturing challenges.

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
