Candidate responsibilities included Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors. Listen to and resolve patient concerns and inquiries. Improve Google Reviews Coordinate with hospital departments to meet patient needs. Maintain cleanliness by supervising housekeeping Collect and relay feedback for continuous improvement.
