Job Description
Supervisor
Reports To: Division Incharge
Job Summary: The Supervisor is the direct manager of the field teams, responsible for ensuring that the daily installation targets are met safely and efficiently. They are the on-field leaders who drive productivity and enforce quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage up to 10 installation teams (20 personnel).
- Assign specific DTR locations and work orders to teams each morning.
- Conduct daily safety briefings ("toolbox talks") and ensure 100% PPE compliance.
- Provide on-site technical guidance and troubleshoot installation issues.
- Track the real-time progress of teams and report any delays or issues to the Division Incharge.
- Perform first-level quality checks on the data and photos captured by technicians.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience:2+ years of experience in a field supervisory role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Good technical understanding of electrical installations.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
