Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves consultative sales, helping students explore global education opportunities, and driving enrollments for study-abroad programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective students interested in studying abroad. Consultation & Counseling: Guide students on available programs, scholarship opportunities, and admission processes. Sales & Enrollment: Promote and sell study-abroad packages, ensuring enrollment targets are met. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with students and assist them throughout their journey. Market Research: Stay updated on international education trends and provide market insights. Reporting & Coordination: Submit sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for seamless processing. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory. Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales (Education/IT Sales preferred). Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus). Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Personal Attributes: Highly motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
