Job Description:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Study Abroad Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting students in identifying their educational goals and guiding them through every stage of their study abroad journey from choosing the right destination and course to submitting successful applications and visa documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to assess student profiles, goals, and eligibility.

• Provide expert guidance on country selection, course options, and university shortlisting (UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, and more).

• Assist students in preparing strong Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and complete application forms.

• Support students with compiling visa documentation and conduct mock visa interviews.

• Maintain regular follow-up through CRM systems, track student progress, and ensure timely communication.

• Stay up to date with international education trends, university deadlines, and immigration policy changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree (minimum); education background in counseling, international relations, or education preferred.

• 1 to 4 years of proven experience in study abroad counseling or international admissions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with education systems and visa processes for countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, and Germany.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
