The Role We're hiring a Brand Representative who understands digital culture, communicates with clarity, and knows how to close. You'll be the face of the agency across meetings, pitches, and social content. This is a front-facing, on-ground role that blends communication, content, and strategy. Responsibilities Represent Rarekind in client meetings, creator collaborations, and content formats Communicate our value clearly across pitches, presentations, and on-camera formats Build strong relationships with brands, creators, and partners Identify and pitch new partnership opportunities Contribute to closing deals and growing the agency pipeline Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to shape campaigns Stay updated on trends, formats, and whats working in the creator economy What Were Looking For Strong verbal communication and presence Social media awareness across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok Comfortable on camera and in professional settings Strategic thinker with selling instincts Ability to handle pitches, people, and partnerships end-to-end Based in Gurgaon and available full-time on-site Good to Have Experience in brand marketing, influencer partnerships, or sales Public-facing content or hosting experience Existing network in the brand or creator ecosystem,
