Increase channel partner engagement and sales productivity. Dealer Development Onboard new dealers as per market strategy. Achieve set dealer satisfaction and retention rates. Distributor Development Expand distributor network in untapped regions. Ensure distributors meet inventory and performance benchmarks. Team Handling Meet team sales targets and individual performance KPIs. Improve team retention and training completion rates. ROI Analysis Ensure all sales initiatives deliver positive ROI.
