Ganges is looking for a customer focused store manager with over 10 years of leadership experience within retail sales, store management, team management, marketing strategies, store expansion, and customer service. Proven success in designing key strategies to increase revenue, prevent loss, and deliver staff training. He/she should maintain a positive focus and logical decision-making in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer needs, and profit margins, and present these reports to company leadership Conduct annual personnel performance appraisals, providing clear and actionable feedback and delivering constructive criticism to help staff improve Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed Source, hire, train, and oversee new staff, leading by example and ensuring efficiency in the training process Arrange promotional material and in-store displays Undertake financial-planning tasks, including managing the store budget Skills and qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outstanding customer service skills Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work well under pressure Superb organizational and time management skills Powerful leadership skills and an empathetic approach to management, with the ability to make important decisions An eye for creativity and the ability to strategize visually appealing store displays Preferred qualifications Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial position Working knowledge of business development best practices Entrepreneurial mindset In-depth knowledge of financial planning and office management Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 3 years (Preferred),
