Job Description
- Maintaining and Refilling of Inventory continuously.
- Coordination with logistics partner to streamline the inventory management process.
- Customer Service i.e., listening to customer concerns and queries and provide adequate feedback also, proficient knowledge of SKUs.
- Following Cashier SOP diligently and taking responsibility for any losses.
- Reporting of any Cash Differences in the Petty Cash or Daily Sales Amount.
- Reporting of Store Expenses in a timely manner.
- Maintaining Store timelines and Records during Stock Audit.
- Assistance in achieving Sales Target of the Store and reviewing the Performance of the store.
- Being a part of the training sessions taken by either SM/ARM and be a part of the evaluation.
- Following Store SOPs set by the Brand diligently (FIFO, DUMP STOCK etc)
- Being proactive in the store in minimizing Shrinkage and Theft.
- Maintain secrecy for all company records.
