As a Sales Associate cum Merchandiser, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, address their inquiries about the products, and provide suitable recommendations. Your role also involves efficiently resolving customer complaints to ensure optimal client satisfaction. It is essential to have a deep understanding of product features and maintain the visually appealing standards of our stores. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, coordinating with Tailor/Master/QC, interacting with buyers to address their queries, creating a proper product costing sheet, and planning and executing exhibitions. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills, exhibit a friendly and energetic personality with a strong customer service orientation. Prior experience in the fashion industry, particularly as a fashion designer, will be advantageous. The ability to work effectively in a day shift and willingness to relocate to Gopalpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan, are required. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for performance bonuses. The expected start date for this role is 20/04/2025. If you have at least 1 year of relevant work experience, you are preferred for this position. The work location is in person, and the successful candidate should be able to reliably commute or relocate to the specified location.,
