We are searching for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for fashion, along with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales at the retail studio. Your role will involve managing the studio, interacting with clients, conducting trials, and collaborating with the team to ensure successful design execution. You will engage with customers, offer personalized assistance, and facilitate outfit trials to guarantee their satisfaction. Additionally, you will utilize your product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities and provide an excellent customer experience. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to optimize sales and reduce losses. You will also maintain attractive product displays and store layouts to enhance the overall shopping experience. Coordinating alterations for customers, providing after-sale support, handling administrative tasks such as scheduling and budgeting, and assisting with marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards is essential, along with identifying areas for process improvements to contribute to the business's growth. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring at least 1 year of retail sales experience, proficiency in Hindi, and an in-person work location.,
