Panna Jewellers Exclusive is a premium jewellery brand known for its heritage craftsmanship and innovative lightweight designs. As the company continues its ambitious expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our flagship store and drive rapid growth. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations of a high-turnover jewellery store with a scale of over 150Cr. Your key responsibilities will include driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer experience, analyzing sales trends and customer behavior to make strategic decisions, and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals. You will define KRAs, monitor performance, and implement training plans to upskill the team while fostering a culture of discipline, accountability, and excellence. Additionally, you will be required to implement strategies to grow the business across regions, work closely with the leadership team on new store launches and cross-regional marketing initiatives, and develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various departments to ensure operational excellence. Maintaining the highest standards of in-store customer experience, addressing escalations, building strong client relationships, and implementing loyalty initiatives will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have proven experience in managing a 150Cr+ annual turnover in retail, preferably in the jewellery or luxury sector. A prior leadership role at a reputed jewellery brand like Tanishq, Malabar, PMJ, Kalyan, or similar is preferred. Strong people management and leadership skills, a passion for process-building and operational efficiency through SOPs, and a deep understanding of luxury retail customer psychology are essential qualifications for this role. Candidates with jewellery retail experience will be preferred, and marketing experience is considered a plus. Male candidates are preferred for this position. This is a full-time job with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule may involve day shifts, evening shifts, morning shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability. The work location is at Paradise Circle, Hyderabad, Telangana, and the job requires in-person presence.
