Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of store staff to foster a positive work environment and achieve business objectives.
- Sales & Performance:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals, and monitor and analyze sales data for areas of improvement.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee stock levels, ensure merchandise availability, manage stock control, and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure high standards of customer service, train staff on product knowledge and service standards, and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Store Operations:
- Manage daily store operations, maintain a clean and organized environment, and ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety rules, and security measures.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Collaborate on creating and maintaining appealing in-store displays and visual merchandising to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
- Financial Management:
- Manage the store budget, monitor expenses, control costs, and analyze financial reports to improve performance.
- Loss Prevention:
- Implement security measures to prevent theft, fraud, and stock loss.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle HR tasks such as attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions, and prepare reports on sales and inventory.
