Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of store staff to foster a positive work environment and achieve business objectives. 
  • Sales & Performance:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals, and monitor and analyze sales data for areas of improvement. 
  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee stock levels, ensure merchandise availability, manage stock control, and conduct regular inventory counts. 
  • Customer Service:
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, train staff on product knowledge and service standards, and handle customer complaints professionally. 
  • Store Operations:
  • Manage daily store operations, maintain a clean and organized environment, and ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety rules, and security measures. 
  • Visual Merchandising:
  • Collaborate on creating and maintaining appealing in-store displays and visual merchandising to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience. 
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage the store budget, monitor expenses, control costs, and analyze financial reports to improve performance. 
  • Loss Prevention:
  • Implement security measures to prevent theft, fraud, and stock loss. 
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Handle HR tasks such as attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions, and prepare reports on sales and inventory.
