Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our La Pino'z Pizza outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management: Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, including food preparation, customer service, and store maintenance.

2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of staff, including pizza makers, delivery executives, and customer service representatives.

3. Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance brand reputation.

4. Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, and customer feedback is collected and acted upon.

5. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and minimizing waste.

6. Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.

7. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to La Pino'z Pizza's quality standards, including food safety and hygiene.

8. Marketing and Promotion: Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the F&B industry.

2. Education: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

4. Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, inventory management, and customer service principles.
