Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee our retail operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the apparel industry and extensive experience in retail management. As a Store Manager at JadeBlue, you will be responsible for driving store performance, managing daily operations, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising to ensure the store is well-presented and aligned with JadeBlue standards. Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Customer Service: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, oversee inventory control, and conduct regular audits to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on store performance, sales figures, and inventory status to senior management.
