Job Description
The assigned staff is responsible for managing all online orders (Zomato, Swiggy, website, WhatsApp, etc.). Duties include accepting orders on time, ensuring item accuracy, updating availability, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring timely dispatch to delivery partners. Staff must also handle customer queries politely and maintain a daily order log. Any delays, mistakes, or negligence will affect service quality and may lead to disciplinary action. If the assigned person is unavailable, a backup must be informed immediately.
