Job Description
- Manage logistics and sales for multiple temporary food stalls (Bengali sweets and snacks) in apartments, flea markets and festivals
- Finding temporary workers to man the stalls, arranging transports and set up logistics, actual sales and collection, keeping track of income and expenses for multiple stalls
- Packing food products for Swiggy and Zomato at the kitchen/office site when temporary stalls are not in operation
- Interacting with local authorities like panchayat, Electricity and water supply etc.
- Data entry in Xls/ Google sheet for sales demand and supply and keep track of inventory
