Job Title: Steward Location: Bankmore, Dhanbad Salary Range: 12,000 14,000 per month Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and well-groomed Steward to join our team at our Dhanbad (Bankmore) location. The steward will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in food and beverage service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and seat guests in a courteous manner. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations. Assist in table setting, service preparation, and clearing post-service. Follow hygiene and safety standards in handling food and beverages. Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth service. Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to queries and concerns. Support in inventory checks and restocking as required. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 10th pass; 12th or diploma in hotel management preferred. Prior experience as a steward/waiter is an advantage. Good communication skills and polite behavior. Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. Benefits: Competitive salary within range.
