Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a STEM Trainer located in Chennai. As a STEM Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging STEM curriculum, conducting training sessions, and evaluating student progress. You will also collaborate with educators to integrate STEM programs into existing curricula. A portion of the role can be performed remotely, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. Qualifications Proficiency in STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) Experience in curriculum development and instructional design Skills in student assessment and progress evaluation Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Relevant teaching certification or degree in Education, STEM, or related fields Experience with educational technology and e-learning tools is a plus Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment,
