We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to join our audit team as a Statutory Auditor focusing on domestic clients. The candidate will be responsible for executing statutory audits under the Companies Act and other applicable laws, ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards, and preparing audit reports. Role: Statutory Audit Location: Vadodara Experience: 2-3 Years (after Artisanship) Qualification: CA / CA Inter Key Responsibilities: Conduct statutory audits of domestic clients across various industries in accordance with applicable laws and regulations Plan and execute audits including risk assessments, internal control evaluation, and substantive testing Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, Accounting Standards (AS), and Schedule III requirements. Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and Audit & Assurance Standards Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software; knowledge of audit tools is a plus.
