Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they achieve individual and collective sales targets. Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management. Minimum 20 Years of sales experience is mandatory.
