Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to spearhead the architecture, design, and development of our Integration Platform, a cutting-edge low-code/no-code system aimed at facilitating seamless data and application integration. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a crucial technical leader, overseeing engineering initiatives, translating business and product requirements into meticulously defined engineering stories, and ensuring top-notch performance, security, and extensibility. Your primary responsibilities will include architecting and designing scalable, high-performance integration solutions tailored for multi-tenant environments. You will be instrumental in driving technical programs by converting business and product requirements into comprehensive engineering stories and meticulously crafted execution plans. Moreover, you will play a significant role in both coding activities (40%) and solution planning, project execution, and the mentorship of engineers (60%). Your leadership will be pivotal as you guide and mentor engineers, nurturing a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the team. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure that platform capabilities are in sync with business requirements. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 6 years of experience in software engineering, with a preference for individuals with experience in integration platforms or middleware systems. Proficiency in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) is essential. The ability to swiftly adapt in an agile environment and deliver intricate integrations is a key requirement. You should also demonstrate expertise in a range of technologies, including Java, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS technologies, the ELK stack, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Redis. Furthermore, familiarity with API design (REST, SOAP, Webhooks) and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar) is highly beneficial. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are indispensable attributes for this role.,
