Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent healthcare services. Responsibilities: Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Complete required documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patient needs and rights. Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care conferences. Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care. Provide health education and counseling to promote wellness. Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Participate in audits and evaluations to enhance patient care outcomes. Infection Control: Adhere to infection control policies and procedures. Implement measures to prevent the spread of infections. Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies. Implement emergency protocols and provide life-saving interventions when necessary. Qualifications: BSC Nursing / GNM Experience: Min 2 years Skills and Competencies: Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technology. Salary : Best in the Industry.
