Job Description
You will be responsible for effectively interfacing with patients, attendants, physicians, and other service users to deliver quality nursing care. This includes actively participating in programs with compassion and a high level of responsiveness. Your role will involve demonstrating skills in patient assessment, conducting rounds, capturing and carrying out doctors" orders, documentation, and equipment handling. You will be required to follow medical procedures, maintain accurate charting and reporting, manage records, and ensure timely and accurate medication administration to improve nursing practices. It is essential to adhere to infection control policies and biomedical waste management guidelines. You must also comply with service quality processes, environmental and occupational policies, and patient safety policies. Collaboration with other disciplines is crucial to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely indenting and proper stock management. Maintaining a well-groomed appearance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and practices are also expected from you. You should have the ability to handle a larger volume of work in a bigger setup and possess a reasonably high level of comfort among physicians.,
