Responsibilities Manage all accounting transactions. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Support financial and Tax Audits. Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits. Apply judgment and correctly interpret US GAAP accounting requirements to ensure accounting entries are properly recorded. Support the management in all aspects of financial accounting, reporting systems, procedures and policies. Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients billing issues. Maintaining client relationships and ensuring client expectations are met. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting and CMA / CPA / ACCA Requirements and Skills Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (Big 4 experience is a plus). Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, Including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles(GAAP). Advanced MS Excel Skills. Hands-on experience with accounting software specifically Quickbooks. Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. Ability to multi-task and take ownership of work. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is must. Excellent documentation, and analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong organization, time management, and task prioritization skills. Salary As per industry standards.
