Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to build your career in a dynamic and fast-growing real estate environment Our client, a reputable company in the real estate sector, is seeking a skilled and committed Accountant to join their finance team. If you have a solid grasp of accounting principles, real estate transactions, and can manage books with precision we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team. Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations Record real estate transactions, such as property purchases/sales, rent incomes, and brokerage commissions Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field (B.Com completed or pursuing) 0 2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas) Basic knowledge of accounting principles and journal entries Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is a plus Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn Work Details: Location: Amravati, Maharashtra (On-site) Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary: As per industry standards and based on skills & experience If this opportunity sounds like a good fit for you, wed love to hear from you!
