Job description . As a Sr.Manager Service, You are responsible for : The total service activities of Passenger hoists, Tower cranes, CNC Rebar processing equipments on PAN India basis #MIS reports, # Management of Service engineers, Technicians & Operators. # Manage Warranty / Paid services & AMC # Services of Rental fleet equipments # Rental Contract renewal & Extensions. # Coordinating with rental division for fleet up keep. # Managing Spare parts sale / fitment / Replenishment. # Coordinate with customers for all service & spare parts related activities # Integration & Validation of systems & sub systems in TCS ERP # Single point contact for all service issues through Structured problem solving methodology. #Able to perform data analysis, Identify & Prioritise customer issues. # Good communication skills in English & Hindi, Men management & Ensure timely customer services. # Knowledge in AutoCAD / Microsoft office (Excel, word, Power point) # Travelling : PAN India whenever required. # Reporting to : CEO / Director Qualification : BE Mechanical, Automobile,Electrical Experience : Minimum 10 Years in Construction Equipment service Job Location : CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai Salary : Rs 12,00,000 ~ 15,00,000 + Accomodation + PF,PT,Insurance, Bonus, Gratuity.etc +Incentives Industry Type: Engineering Equipment's : Construction Equipments Employment Type : Full-time / Permanent,
