Key Responsibility: Client/Lead calling, Sales Closure Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists, databases, or leads. Introduce and educate potential customers about the company's products or services. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, managing follow-up calls and nurturing relationships. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their viability and potential for conversion. Handle objections and address customer concerns to overcome barriers to sale. Close sales deals and achieve targets. Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitors" offerings. Upsell other products & programs Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a telemarketer or sales representative in a target-driven environment.
