You should possess 1.5 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically focusing on IT roles in US Staffing. As a quick and focused individual, you must have the capability to submit candidates within 30 minutes to an hour upon receiving a position. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential for this role. You should have proven experience in working with state clients and a strong understanding of identifying and screening genuine candidates, including the ability to detect fake profiles. Your demonstrated ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with both candidates and employers will be crucial. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT disciplines like BCA, B.Tech in IT, or a related field, is required. Any experience with Engineering positions would be a plus, although not mandatory.,
