ASSESSMENT 1. Nursing Assessment. 2. Fall, Pain, Bed Sore Risk Assessment & Scoring. 3. Monitoring Vitals, Spo2. (B) NURSING PROCEDURES 1. Glucometer Use. 2. E.C.G. Taking. (C) ASSIST IN NURSING PROCEDURES 1. Cardioversion. 2. Insertion of CVP Line, Art Line, IABP. 3. Intubation. 4. Tracheostomy. (D) NURSING CARE 1. Patient preparation. 2. Setup of patients procedure Trolley and assist the doctor in procedure. 3. Maintain instrument & swab count record. (E) MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION 1. Oral medication administration. 2. I.V. medication administration. (F) ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES 1. Participate in time out process. 2. Request supplies from Store & pharmacy. 3. Appropriate patient handover. 4. Arrange For Lab Tests, References. 5. Maintain Equipment & instruments. 6. Transaction of Linen Waste & Sterile Supplies. 7. Arrange for autoclave & E.T.O. 8. To coordinate for departments administrative work in absence of in charge 9. Assist Surgen as first scrub Nurse in procedure.
