You will be responsible for converting business requirements into software requirements using the best solution approach. You will be involved in the entire process from development to delivering to the client, providing flexible support. Your role will include gathering and analyzing business/system requirements, understanding client's needs, and assisting in converting them into an automated system. Estimations for the requirements will need to be provided by you and completed by the team. You will be expected to offer software solutions, participate in design, development, testing, and delivery, as well as handle change requests and bugs. Designing the database system based on requirements and ensuring quality software delivery will be part of your responsibilities. Task division and overseeing the completion of tasks by team members, coding, and reviewing code, providing user-friendly software solutions are also key tasks. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge in analyzing business requirements and providing software solutions for process growth. - Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle. - Technical proficiency in technologies such as C#, web-based, desktop-based, and service-based applications. - Leadership skills to manage the development team and coordinate with the Business Team. - Proficient in logical and analytical skills for assessing the complexity of business requirements. - Effective problem-solving and technical solution-providing abilities. - Strong knowledge in testing software systems. - Commitment to delivering each release. - Flexibility to support the organization's growth. - Expertise in MVC, WCF, Angular JS, and front-end designing. - Experience in handling client calls.,
