The role involves conducting real estate sales at project sites or customer places for reputed developers. You will connect with live customer leads provided by the company and network with registered or new clients. Managing customer queries over the phone and converting tele-conversations into personal meetings will be a key responsibility. Your role will include providing the best possible solutions to customers, conducting site and property visits, and following up after visits to ensure closures. Collaborating with the team and utilizing CRM effectively will also be part of your duties. You will be accountable for achieving the sales targets set by the company, providing after-sales services, and assisting customers in obtaining home loans. A positive attitude towards conducting 2-3 meetings daily and enjoying sales activities is essential.
