Job Description
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and architects. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for paint products. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits and networking. Promote products through effective demonstrations and technical support. Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and close deals effectively. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries. Conduct product training and promotional activities as required.
